Paige Ahead Consulting uses a sliding-scale pricing model to ensure that high-impact workforce initiatives have access to senior-level expertise, even when budgets are constrained. Many community-based and mission-driven organizations are leading transformative work with significant potential impact, yet may not always have the resources to retain senior advisors. That's where we come in.
A pricing model built for access, equity, & impact
For for-profit entities and prime contractor engagements, services are priced at market rates consistent with senior workforce strategy and policy expertise.
For nonprofit organizations, hourly rates typically range from $150 to $250, depending on organizational capacity, funding structure, and scope of engagement. *
Paige Ahead Consulting commits to donating 20 percent of annual revenue to charitable organizations focused on workforce, education, housing, and food access. Recipients will be shared publicly annually.
* A limited number of pro bono engagements will be undertaken for direct-service organizations and local governments where strategic support can significantly expand impact.
